Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness All products are shipped frozen from our warehouse/production site/packing site. 

Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 7 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately three months (-18°C to -22°C).

Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dooreeann.com and send your item to: 33, Jalan Sri Bintang 3, Taman Seri Bintang 52100, Kuala Lumpur.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
